Refine MD has been welcoming clients back and it is going very well.  We thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we have adjusted schedules and changed processes.  Please see our website BLOG for more process details.

As we have communicated from the beginning, the safety of our clients and staff, as well as our community is of utmost importance to us, as always.  As we are resuming services at Refine MD, know that we have processes in place to ensure the safety of all who enter our spa. 

We are working hard to communicate with any clients who had cancelled services to get them into the schedule.  We are now taking calls for appointments for consults and for services.

Answers to a few questions you may be wondering about: 

Q: While Refine MD was closed, Refine Returns members were not able to use their benefits other than for savings on products.  Will Refine extend the 2020 Refine Returns program benefits?

A:  YES!!!!! Due to our closure, your Refine Returns benefits will run through March 31, 2021!


Q:  I have a free Microdermabrasion on my account for joining Silver Refine Returns, but you are not offering those right now.  Do I have to wait?

A:  You may wait for microdermabrasion services to resume – or you may exchange that for a chemical peel, to give you glowing, fresh skin!


Q: I have a Gift Card worth $25 that I received during your Gift Card special near the holidays.  It expires soon, but I cannot get in.

A:  We will honor those gift cards until September 30, 2020 – so call now for your appointment!


Q: Are those amazing cloth masks made by client volunteers still available?

A:  YES!!!! We have several styles and models for only $10 cash!  Remember - proceeds will help fund the Healthcare Workers Skincare project.


Q:  I had a plan for services, but with the COVID-19 interruption, I am not sure where to begin.

A:  A reconsult is a great way to get back on track with your overall “skin plan” – call us to help you get back on track!
