Exciting News from Refine MD!!!!!

At Refine MD, we are very anxious to reopen and to see all of you again.  We have been humbled to hear from so many clients who are looking forward to our reopening.  We are as excited as you are to resume serving you and doing what we love!

As we prepare for reopening, the safety of our clients and staff, as well as our community is of utmost importance to us, as always.  As we are planning to resume services at Refine MD, know that we are working to ensure the safety of all who enter our spa.

Refine MD will be open for business starting Monday, June 1st!  The hours will remain our normal business hours, but staffing will be adjusted.  Know that things will look very different from the last time you visited us.

What to Expect in the “New Normal”

•We will provide limited services to start 

•We will not welcome walk-ins at this time – please call for an appointment

•We will allow only limited staff and clients in the spa at one time

•We will practice and enforce social distancing throughout the spa

•Children and visitors will not be allowed in the spa 

•We will ask clients to remain outside until staff is ready to bring you in. We will ask you to text your arrival – details to follow.

•You will be screened just inside the door by staff.  You will be asked a set of questions and have your temperature measured with a touchless thermometer.  Refine reserves the right to deny entrance to the lobby and to reschedule your appointment if you answer “YES” to any questions on the screen or if your temperature reads 100 o F or above. 

•Please call to reschedule and DO NOT arrive at Refine if you have of the any symptoms or conditions listed below. We will place the screening tool on our website as well so you can refer to it before your appointment.

Have you: 

•Tested positive for or had close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 15 days?  

•Traveled outside of Wisconsin in the past 15 days?   

•Experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 15 days?  

•Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

•Fever 

•Cough 

•Chills 

•Muscle pain 

•Sore throat 

•New loss of taste or smell 

•Diarrhea 

•Vomiting/nausea 

 

•Please bring a mask with you to your appointment.  Once you have been cleared you will be asked to place your mask over your nose and mouth and leave it on until instructed to remove it. We will enforce the masking of both clients and staff (cloth mask or medical mask). Cloth and medical masks will be available for all staff and clients at Refine. 

•A partition will be placed at the front desk

•We will encourage touch-free payments (limited touch as much as possible) - this may include arranging payment at the time of scheduling. We are discouraging cash payments at this time

•We will have sanitized pens available

•We will eliminate any self-serve food or beverages in lobby – please request a beverage if needed

•We will eliminate self-service for products: our staff will happily assist you

•You may see extra sanitizing of rooms between clients – above and beyond our usual industry standards 

•You will find Touchless faucet/soap in bathroom (once it arrives)

•You will find hand sanitation stations – at the entrance and around the spa

•You may see staff performing extra sanitizing of rooms and all areas of spa, especially high touch areas

We know how important your Refine MD services are to you and we have a plan to accommodate all of your needs. We will have a soft reopening for the week of Tuesday, May 26 (Refine’s usual hours).  We will prioritize rescheduling for those who were cancelled during closure. We will have limited staff so we will not take phone calls for scheduling during that week.

We will begin to contact you this week to reschedule your services that were cancelled due to the COVID-19 closure. Know that if you have been receiving any series of treatments, such as laser hair removal, sculptra, skintyte, etc, the effects of those will not be lost with this lag in treatment. We will work to keep your treatments on track as we reschedule your services. 

As a reminder, we will continue to offer product purchases for curbside pickup for the near future.  Revision, SkinMedica, and Eminence products are also available via our website store for your convenience.
