Refine MD welcomes you back!
Refine MD will be open for business starting Monday, June 1st! The hours will remain our normal business hours, but staffing will be adjusted. Know that things will look very different from the last time you visited us.
As we have communicated from the beginning, the safety of our clients and staff, as well as our community is of utmost importance to us, as always. As we resume services at Refine MD, know that we have put processes in place to ensure the safety of all who enter our spa. Please see our website www.refinemd.com BLOG for more details.
Please follow our processes to help us keep everyone safe and healthy:
•We will not welcome walk-ins at this time – please call for an appointment.
•We are limiting the number of clients in the spa at one time and are limiting the number of providers, as well as the types of services we are providing as we slowly acclimate to this new normal.
•If you or someone in your household is ill, please stay home. If you have a temperature of 100 degrees F or higher, please stay home. If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home and contact your medical provider. In any of these cases, please call to inform us and we will be happy to RESCHEDULE your appointment for a later date.
•Please arrive at Refine without accompanying guests or children.
•Do not enter Refine MD when you arrive for your appointment. When you arrive, TEXT 920-750-9308. Please remain in your vehicle until we text you to approach the door.
•Our greeter will open the door and perform a quick screen including questions and temperature check before you proceed into the lobby. Refine MD reserves the right to decline service if you do not pass the screen.
•Refine requires that all who enter wear a MASK. Refine MD will have masks (fabric and medical) available if you do not have your own. Please leave fabric masks at the door when you leave. Fabric masks are available for $10 – proceeds will help fund the Healthcare Workers Skincare project.
•HAND SANITIZER will be available throughout the spa. Please use it as you enter, as you touch surfaces, and before leaving the building.
•Please limit conversation during your procedure, especially if your mask is removed temporarily during your service.
•Limit the items you touch in the spa. Staff members will assist you with products.
•Maintain a DISTANCE of at least six feet from other clients (as much as possible) when in the spa.
In the meantime, please keep yourself, your family, friends, and community safe by following the latest recommendations from the CDC (cdc.gov) for social distancing, hygiene, and wearing a mask in public places. If everyone masks, we protect everyone!
