Refine MD Policies:

All new clients are required to have a complimentary consultation prior to receiving treatment. (Note: a $30 fee may be charged for vein treatment consults.)

All established clients will require a consultation prior to receiving a new treatment.

Please give 24 hour notice for cancellations. Fees may be charged for repeat late cancellations and “no shows” for scheduled appointments.

Clients under the age of 18 will require parental permission prior to treatment.

Children under the age of 16 are discouraged from accompanying adults who are receiving treatment.
